These Terms and Conditions which are available at shall be irrevocably binding on You and/or each Participant, for and on behalf of themselves and the Participant, voluntarily participating in the Auditions.
“ You” or “ Your” means the Participant or Parent of the Participant (in the event Participant is a Minor/ Child), on behalf of yourself and the Minor/Child Participant, as the case may be.īy proceeding further, You are representing to the Company that the Participant’s participation in the Auditions is in compliance with all laws applicable on the Participant, and the Participant, is not in any manner prohibited from participating herein by any law. The following terms and conditions govern the entire process for Auditions (as defined below) as detailed herein for participation in the non-fiction reality program tentatively titled “Dance Plus Season 6” (“Program”) and shall be binding on You (the Participant) and/or Your Parent (Parent of the Participant), in the event Participant is a Minor, being citizens of India and residing in India (referred to as “Territory”) who voluntarily desire to participate in the Auditions hosted by Novi Digital Entertainment Private Limited (“Novi/Company”) for the purpose of selection and participation of Participants in the Program to be hosted/published, inter alia, on the Company’s and/or its affiliates platforms including the platform ‘Disney+ Hotstar’ and/or any other platform as deemed, fit by Novi (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platforms”) and aired on, inter alia, the Company’s and /or its affiliates’ network of channels and/or any other channel as deemed fit by Novi (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Channels”). By voluntarily participating, You and/or your Parent agree, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions before participating in the Auditions conducted by Novi Digital Entertainment Private Limited and/or the Production House (defined below).
